Site Survey - We will perform a Site Survey at the location you are requesting service. We will need to determine where our equipment (Antenna) should be mounted in order to get the most reliable signal from a SkyHi Transmitter (In some circumstances, trees and other obstacles may affect the quality of a wireless connection and render our services unavailable). We also need to determine the pathway for the wiring into the home or office where the computer or router will be located.
Installations - The Installation and activation of your service may take place at the same time of the Site Survey, depending on prior arrangements made at the time of the Survey appointment.
