SkyHi Broadband provides local technical support for all subscribers. Support is limited to internet connectivity issues only. (A Representative will check the SkyHi Transmitter Site and Subscriber CPE to confirm whether or not there is a wireless connection, adequate signal levels for a reliable service.)
